Stop the blame
game. Protect your business.
You know how it goes. You deliver
the concrete. The contractor or lab prepares the cylinders for testing.
The tests come back out of tolerance—maybe because of bad
concrete, more likely due to improper curing of test cylinders in
the field. Either way, you get blamed.
Now there’s a solution.
According to ASTM C 31, cylinder
temperature must stay within a specified range for the first 48
hours after casting. Only Thermocure II guarantees compliance with
that requirement. The box’s thermostatic controls keep temperature
constant automatically—so the test cylinders meet the ASTM
temperature standard. That alone can save you thousands of dollars
and avoid costly problems…even litigation.
Take out an “insurance
policy” on your next big project: order Thermocure II curing
boxes, then give or rent them to your contractor for better compliance.
